We are interested in purchasing solar PV power plants

Avenston represents the interests of a financial group that collects a portfolio of operating photovoltaic plants in Ukraine. We search for suitable assets and advise the investor on all legal and technical aspects of the transaction. The aim is to find and buy several land-mounted fix-tilt on-grid solar PV power plants located in one or more neighbouring regions, with total capacity up to 50 MWp. The preference will be given to the southern or central regions of Ukraine.

The basic requirements to assets are as follows:

  • Start of operation by the end of 2019.
  • Tier-1 Solar Modules & Inverters.
  • Good technical condition of the solar power plant.
  • Confirmed operating costs to support plant operations.
  • The history of real electricity generation is at least 1 full year.
  • The capacity of each solar power plant is in the range of 1…10 MW.
  • The location is in the southern or central regions of Ukraine.
  • Ability to purchase 100% of SPV shares.
  • Land lease agreement until at least 2030 or land ownership.
  • Actual license and PPA.

If you have operating PV power plants for sale, please contact us to discuss all the details. Avenston is always in contact with investors who are looking to invest in solar PV projects. We can find opportunities in different phases of the solar project, even greenfield.
