Construction of Avenston RE Hub

In the development plans of our company, a special place is occupied by the project for the construction of the administrative complex Avenston RE Hub, the infrastructure of which will include an office, a conference room, own research center with a technological laboratory and much more. The facility is located in a nice location with area of 1.6 hectares near Kyiv with the most convenient transport accessibility.

The idea of building the complex is based on the maximum use of energy-efficient technologies, renewable energy sources and environmental materials. The project plans to apply and test in practice new solutions for green energy generation, which should form the basis of our future projects. The complex’s facilities will be built using BIPV technology, it is planned to install highly efficient solar power plants on the roofs, and energy supply will be strengthened through its own energy storage systems.

The complex will be a mini-town of several energy-efficient buildings. A gym, a summer sports ground, our own photo and video studio, a cinema hall, a cafe, a children’s room are just a small part of our ecosystem and pleasant amenities for residents and guests of the hub. On the territory of the complex will be installed test power generation systems using renewable energy sources, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles and small electric vehicles.

Among the possible ways to use the elements of this complex is to carry out various activities in the field of clean energy. The space of the conference hall planned for construction is easily transformed and adapted to events of any format: presentations, conferences, lectures, parties, project launches, trainings and other corporate events.

Our company completed the process of land allocation, performed the main engineering surveys and moved on to the stage of preliminary design work. At the same time, our specialists are studying the available technological possibilities for the engineering filling of the complex and working with architectural bureaus. We invite everyone to cooperation and are ready to consider new technologies and solutions with a view to their further application in our project.
