Avenston helps partners create and develop renewable energy projects in Ukraine — from an initial investment opportunity to a project prepared for implementation.

We participate in project formation in line with our partners’ investment strategies and criteria: assessing potential opportunities, helping define project concepts, and coordinating the key matters that determine their further development.

At the early stages, particular attention is required for site selection, land and permitting matters, grid connection opportunities, engagement with local stakeholders, and assessment of key risks. Avenston helps structure these matters and systematically move projects to the next stages of development.

The objective of our involvement is not simply to establish a project concept, but to define a clear pathway towards Ready-to-Build (RTB) status, financing, and subsequent implementation.

Avenston can participate as a local partner, co-development partner, or investment partner, contributing to project creation together with its partners.
