Project Execution

Successful renewable energy projects require more than financing and technical design. They also require experienced local execution throughout the implementation phase.

Avenston partners with investors, developers, infrastructure funds and energy companies during the execution of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects in Ukraine. Building on practical experience gained through project development, engineering, construction and operations, we contribute practical local expertise where it creates the most value.

Our role depends on the project’s structure and the needs of our partners. We may participate as a local implementation partner, owner’s representative, project management coordinator, or as a member of a dedicated project company responsible for project execution. Rather than offering predefined services, we adapt our involvement to the specific requirements of each project.

Throughout the implementation phase, we help coordinate contractors and stakeholders, oversee project interfaces, monitor progress, manage execution risks, and support the commissioning process. Our objective is to help international partners maintain transparency, effective decision-making, and alignment with project objectives while navigating the practical realities of delivering renewable energy projects in Ukraine.
