Avenston helps partners implement renewable energy projects in Ukraine by providing local coordination, oversight, and representation of the owner’s interests during the implementation stage.

Energy project implementation involves a large number of participants — designers, suppliers, contractors, grid operators, and other stakeholders. For the owner, it is essential to ensure alignment between their activities, control key decisions, identify issues at an early stage, and maintain transparency throughout project execution.

Avenston can take on this local coordination role while representing the interests of the owner or investor. We help oversee project execution, coordinate participants, and address matters that require a continuous presence in Ukraine.

Depending on the project structure, Avenston may act as the owner’s representative, local implementation partner, project management coordinator, or participant in a specially established project company.

Our role is not limited to performing an individual technical function. We help ensure a coordinated transition of the project to commissioning and the start of commercial operations.
