Asset Operations & Management

Avenston provides local operational presence for owners of energy assets in Ukraine, representing their interests and coordinating key matters related to asset operations.

Once an asset is commissioned, its owner needs to continuously coordinate the work of operators, contractors, and other participants, monitor contractual obligations, and respond to technical, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Avenston can take on this operational and coordination function, providing ongoing presence, oversight, and interaction with the parties involved in efficient asset operations. This model allows the owner to retain strategic control while delegating part of the day-to-day operational responsibilities to an experienced partner.

We can represent the owner’s interests, coordinate O&M contractors and service companies, monitor operational and financial information, support interaction with stakeholders, and help the owner make informed decisions regarding the asset.

The scope of involvement is determined by the ownership structure, asset characteristics, and partner requirements. Avenston may act as a local asset manager, owner’s representative, or long-term operating partner.
