Once commissioned, renewable energy assets require reliable local coordination throughout their operational lifecycle. Avenston acts as a local operating partner for international investors, infrastructure funds, independent power producers, and renewable energy companies with Solar PV and BESS assets in Ukraine.

Our role is to represent the interests of asset owners on the ground by coordinating local stakeholders, overseeing local activities, facilitating communication, and helping investors maintain visibility across technical, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Successful asset ownership extends well beyond project commissioning. Renewable energy assets require ongoing coordination between operators, contractors, lenders, regulators, landowners, and other stakeholders. Local market knowledge and continuous presence are often essential for effective decision-making and efficient project operations.

Depending on the ownership structure and project requirements, Avenston may act as a local asset manager, owner’s representative, operational coordinator, or trusted local partner. We adapt our role to the specific needs of each project rather than offering predefined asset management services.
