Avenston Introduces Putrivka C&I Park

Avenston is introducing Putrivka C&I Park, a long-term development concept for a modern, energy-resilient commercial and industrial campus near Kyiv.

The project is based on a 1.6 ha site located approximately 20 km south of Kyiv along the M05/E95 Kyiv–Odesa highway, within an established industrial and commercial area. The site has the potential to accommodate approximately 4,000–6,000 m² of flexible commercial and industrial space.

The current concept combines modern commercial and industrial infrastructure with integrated energy-resilience solutions, potentially including rooftop solar PV, solar carports and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Putrivka C&I Park is currently at the concept development and strategic partner exploration stage. Avenston is taking a long-term and selective approach to the project, assessing its development potential and the conditions required for successful implementation.

The project may be developed through a long-term partnership or joint-venture model with an experienced strategic partner, with the concept, timing and implementation approach to be defined as the project progresses and market conditions evolve.

The initiative reflects Avenston’s broader evolution from renewable energy project delivery toward selected strategic partnerships, investment and development opportunities where its renewable energy and energy infrastructure expertise can be integrated into broader commercial and industrial assets.

Putrivka C&I Park is also intended as a potential model for future energy-resilient C&I developments in Ukraine, combining sustainable development, resilient energy infrastructure and long-term private investment.

Avenston remains open to dialogue with potential strategic partners interested in the long-term development of industrial and logistics real estate, energy-resilient infrastructure and related investment opportunities in Ukraine.
