Land plot for warehouse property

In 2020, Avenston closed a deal for the sale of a land plot in the Kiev region, prepared for the construction of a modern logistics warehouse. Based on the requirements of the investment partner, our company has selected suitable land plots, performed a preliminary check of all proposals and determined the most suitable option. Our consulting department conducted a legal audit of the documents provided, and the engineering department reviewed all available technical documentation, including geological and topological survey reports, as well as technical approvals and restrictions.

As part of the subsequent development of the site, our specialists completed a preliminary feasibility study of the project, prepared an analytical note on the key features of the Ukrainian legislation, assessed the costs of obtaining permits for connection to the networks and the corresponding adjustment of CAPEX. The necessary measures were taken for the legal and technical preparation of the land plot.

Based on the analysis of the proposed business plan and the results of financial modeling, our partner made a decision to purchase this land plot with the possibility of further entering the warehouse logistics market in Ukraine. According to preliminary estimates, the site can accommodate storage facilities with an area of 6-8 thousand square meters. After preparing and closing the transaction for the sale and purchase of a land plot, our company continues to work on this project and accompanies its further stages.

We are engaged not only in supporting new business projects, but also in managing existing assets.
