Avenston Seeks Solar PV and BESS Development Projects

Avenston is interested in partnering with Ukrainian developers and project owners involved in utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. We are open to project acquisitions and other forms of cooperation for renewable energy projects at various stages of development.

Our primary focus is on utility-scale PV+BESS projects with a planned capacity of 5 MW and above. We are particularly interested in projects that have progressed beyond the early concept stage and are seeking support with project structuring, investment partnerships, financing, or implementation.

Priority is given to projects that demonstrate:

  • transparent project or SPV ownership structure;
  • properly documented land rights;
  • confirmed or clearly structured grid connection;
  • permits obtained or approaching completion;
  • RTB or near-RTB development status;
  • transparent CAPEX assumptions;
  • realistic implementation schedule;
  • defined PV and BESS technical configuration;
  • no material unresolved legal, regulatory, land, or permitting issues;
  • readiness for technical, legal, and financial due diligence.

If you are developing a renewable energy project and are looking for a strategic partner, investor, co-development partner, joint venture partner, or a potential project exit opportunity, we would be pleased to review a brief project overview and discuss potential cooperation, including:

  • project location;
  • Solar PV capacity and planned BESS configuration;
  • development stage;
  • land status;
  • grid connection status;
  • permitting status;
  • preliminary CAPEX estimate;
  • expected financial model or target returns;
  • preferred cooperation format.
