On the development of alternative energy sources

In today’s realities of growing global energy problems, the issues of transition to renewable energy sources are becoming more and more urgent. The focus on oil, gas and nuclear energy can lead countries such as Ukraine to a serious energy dependence on the world’s largest suppliers of raw materials for these energy sectors and even today threatens the economic security of our state. It is clear that alternative energy sources will not solve all energy problems in the coming years, but focusing on them provides real opportunities to strengthen our positions in the future, to increase the energy security of Ukraine.

For more details about global trends in solar energy, as well as the prospects for the PV industry in Ukraine, you can read the article “On the development of alternative energy sources” by Dmytro Lukomskyi.
